Wellness Plan Terms & Conditions
Payments & Membership
Monthly charges occur between the 1st–10th and auto-renew unless canceled.
Members receive an email with a code to manage their plan online. Keeping account details updated is the client’s responsibility.
One cancellation per calendar year is allowed; additional cancellations are not permitted.
Complete Serenity Massage may update pricing and policies with 30 days’ notice via email.
Booking & Appointments
Unused Massages: One session may roll over per calendar year (no-show appointments do not qualify).
Cancellations & No-Shows: Late cancellations or missed appointments incur a 50% charge of the non-wellness plan rate.
Rescheduling: Appointments in the last 10 days of the month may be rescheduled within the first 10 business days of the next month (does not count as a rollover).
Refunds & Termination
Clients are responsible for any bank fees associated with refunds.
Misconduct Policy: If a client is banned due to inappropriate behavior, no refund will be issued, no future appointments will be booked, and the membership will be canceled without future charges or reactivation.
Adjustments & Fees
Vacation Policy: If the office is closed for 5+ consecutive days, Elite members may roll over one massage, redeemable within four months.
Administrative Fee: A $15 fee may apply for any complex request outside of normal operating procedures requiring more than 15 minutes of administrative time.
